Send your customer a link. He verifies himself with the postcode from the quote and confirms or rejects it. You will see the status immediately in Quotavo.

This is how confirmation works

Create a quote and share a PDF or send it by email on the Plus plan. Quotavo automatically generates a confirmation link.
The customer opens the link, enters the postcode from the quote and selects “Confirm” or “Reject”.
In Quotavo under Status the entry changes from “Sent” to “Confirmed” or “Rejected” (next to it: Saved).
When the link is accessed again, the customer sees that a response has already been received.

The link runs via the Quotavo domain (quotavo.de). The postcode check protects against accidental third-party calls.
